Success Plan: WIN – CONSOLIDATE - DELIVERANCE- TRAIN – SEND
Government: Apostles - Prophets - Evangelists - Pastors - Teachers The vision of FGM Fire & Glory Ministry (knowing by the local Churches as FGC – Fire & Glory Church) has always been for mobilization. Our ministry is all about Winning, Consolidating, Deliverance, Training and Sending the lives to establish the Kingdom of God. The key to the success of our Vision is not just the strategy of our cell vision but the values that uphold it. We cannot think that we will be successful simply by having a strategy. We must rise to the challenge spiritually, take on new levels of the anointing and, above all, embrace all the values that lie behind it applying them and developing them as the Holy Spirit leads us. Our Leadership Vision is to lead the Body of Christ through the FIVE-FOLD Ministry, as showing in Ephesians 4:11-13 - "And He gave some apostles; and some prophets; and some evangelists; and some pastors and teachers, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ, 'til we all come into unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." Five-Fold Ministries was brought into existence by God for the purpose of bringing the Body of Christ to the next level of anointing, knowledge, wisdom, and ability in order to fulfill the calling and purpose of God that He has for each individual. We believe that the Body of Christ has a need for a balanced flow of the anointing from all of the five offices given by Christ…apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. In order to “apprehend all that we have been apprehended for, by Christ” according to Paul in Phil. 3:12, each saint of God must be exposed to all of these offices of ministry in order to fulfill the Great Commission. As we look at the Church today, through the eyes of God, and compare against the Church that was born on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2), approximately 2000 years ago, it is easy to see how short of the mark that we as members of the Body of Christ have fallen. We know that the “latter rain or outpouring of the Spirit is to be greater and to far surpass the former rain as even Jesus himself said in John 14:12---"Verily, verily I say unto you, he that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also and greater works than these shall he do because I go unto my Father." We have an understanding that He was speaking of the pouring out of His Spirit. As was spoken of by the prophet Joel in Joel 2:28 and also in Acts 1:8—where Jesus said, “you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you and ye shall be witnesses unto me in both Jerusalem and all Judea and unto the uttermost parts of the earth” and that by receiving this power, we would walk in an authority far greater than is realized by the majority of the Body of Christ today. Again in Mark 16:17 it says, “And these signs shall follow them that believe—in my name they shall cast out devils, they shall speak with new tongues, they shall take up serpents and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not harm them, they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.” James 1:22 says “But be ye doers of the Word, and not hearers only deceiving your own selves.” 1. Vision of Discipleship Jesus said, "Make disciples" (see Matthew 28:19-20). He did not just tell us to evangelize or to get decisions. People who accept the gospel and believe must be disciple. They must be taught, shaped and formed into the image of Jesus. We are still far short of full obedience in this respect. Many people who make decisions to become Christians in various forms of evangelism across the world are never truly discipled in the paths of Christ. This must change, and we must place full obedience to Jesus' command on the highest level of our agenda as his people and as his church. 2. Cell vision – Life Groups Cells are small groups of people who meet together weekly in order to disciple each other and reach out to those who don't know Christ. We must learn to love the cells. They are where the blessing of growth takes place. Cells are a highly effective way of fulfilling the New Testament mandate we have as believers to be disciples and to disciple others. That's where you receive the personal ministry you need and where you find and fulfil your ministry in the body of Christ. 3. Vision for Leadership Every Christian is a potential leader. We are all called to serve Jesus and to lead others to Him. Those who are leading cells are discipled in small groups. Therefore everyone who ministers is also ministered to in this vision. That means there is proper accountability in all things. 4. Vision of Multiplication This is one of the most exciting aspects of this vision. Jesus' purpose for you is fruitfulness. He wants you to be successful in your life. He calls you to 'to be fruitful and multiply'. The growth that comes through this vision is not through transferring members from other churches. It comes through the cells as the members reach out to their family, neighbors and friends. This means everyone must develop a passion for the lost and reach them uncompromisingly for Christ. 5. Vision for the Glory of God Something wonderful happens when God's people are mobilized. The 'super star syndrome' disappears and the work is done all. The real heroes in this vision are the members of the church not a handful of its super-anointed leaders. That way God can really get the glory. Signs, wonders, miracles and mighty deeds happen throughout the whole church and everyone has a part to play. Welcome to The Kingdom Vision, let’s WIN this Game together! |
1. Él te llama a Fruta y Multiplicación. Bienvenido a Kingdom Vision, ¡ganemos vidas juntos! |
